Registration will open on 10 May 2027. Registration is required for all attendees of the conference. The conference fee must be paid online at the time of registration. Please read the registration and payment information carefully before filling in the form and making the payment.
Conference fees
Registration fees will be announced later. Fees for full-conference, student/PhD and one-day registration and for the conference dinner will be published on this page.
Scope of the fee
The conference fee includes the scientific programme, conference materials, lunch on 16 and 17 September, coffee and snacks during the conference days and the welcome reception on 16 September. The conference dinner on 17 September is optional and charged separately. Please tick the relevant boxes on the registration form according to your attendance.
One-day registration
One-day attendance is available on either 16 or 17 September; the one-day fee will be announced together with the other registration fees. Participants attending for one day only should select the participant type "One-day delegate" on the registration form.
Students and PhD researchers
The reduced fee applies to students enrolled in bachelor's, master's or doctoral programmes at the time of the conference. A valid student card or certificate of enrolment must be uploaded with the registration.
Presenting authors
To secure a presentation slot in the conference programme, at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract must register for the conference by 14 July 2027.
Cultural programme, 18 September 2027
The cultural programme may be selected on the registration form by full-conference participants. Transport and guide are provided; lunch and entrance fees are at participants' own expense. Places are limited. See the programme for the itinerary.
Payment
Fees are stated in euros and are paid online by credit or debit card through the registration system. A receipt is issued automatically after payment. Institutions requiring payment by bank transfer should contact registration@4ebptc.org.
Cancellation
Cancellation and refund conditions will be announced together with the registration fees. A registration may be transferred to another person by written notice at any time.
Visa
Participants who require a visa to enter Türkiye may request a letter of invitation after registration and payment. Information on visa requirements and the e-Visa procedure is available from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Certificates
All registered participants receive a certificate of attendance. Presenting authors receive a certificate of presentation.
